Jumping Indoor Maastricht 2024

This year Jumping Indoor Maastricht will be organised from 8 till 10 November. JIM offers top sport with, among others, the FEI Driving World Cup and the Grand Prix of Maastricht combined with the Limburg hospitality. An event for the whole family!

The line-up for the international dressage competitions during Jumping Indoor Maastricht (11-13 November ) is complete. In total 18 riders from seven nations have entered for the Vian Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Freestyle. The German delegation is lead by dressage queen Isabell Werth with her top horse Don Johnson FRH, aka Johnny. Don Johnson competed for the last time in December 2015 and will turn back to the competition arena in Maastricht. Isabell will be joined by Beatrice Buchwald won the Grand Prix Freestyle at Indoor Brabant this year and recently she also won the Grand Prix of CDI4* Donaueschingen. Marc-Patrick Fritz and Britta Rasche-Merkt make the German team complete. Richard Davison, who competed at four Olympic Games (1996, 2000, 2004, 2012) will come to Maastricht with Bubblingh. The versatile horseman has his own training facility in Uttoxeter.

The Netherlands is represented with a strong team with two Olympic riders, Diederik van Silfhout and Hans Peter Minderhoud . The 28-year-old Diederik (Lunteren) made his debut at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro this year and during JIM he will compete with his Olympic mount Arlando N.O.P. Hans Peter Minderhoud will bring Glock’s Flirt, with whom he won the 2016 World Cup Final in Gothenburg. The other Dutch riders are Patrick van der Meer (Zippo / Sir Fashion), Danielle Heijkoop (Badari), Marlies van Baalen (Zinidi), Marieke van der Putten (Zingaro Apple) and local hero Jeannette Haazen (Dabanos D'04).

David Engelen will travel to Maastricht for Belgium. The 43-year-old Engelen represented Belgium at the European Championships in La Mandria-Torino in 2007. Yvonne Losos de Muniz, who grew up in Kenya, was the first rider who competed at the Olympic Games for the Dominican Republic. She will ride the 11-year-old KWPN mare Aquamarijn during JIM. Morgan Barbançon Mestre will compete for Spain with Girasol, the former top horse of Nadine Cappellmann. The Ukraine is sending Oksana Gusarova and Inna Logutenkova (Fleraro), who rides for Vian, sponsor of the dressage competitions in Maastricht.
