Jumping Indoor Maastricht has, despite its name, always given dressage a stage in the MECC. For years a dressage matinee was successfully organised and this year JIM will re-introduce this popular feature. The public can again enjoy special clinics and demonstrations on Saturday morning (11 November), start 10 am. A mix of well-known top riders will present an attractive programme. A programme not to be missed by any dressage fan!

Adelinde Cornelissen needs no introduction. The 38-year old rider won many medals such as an individual silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. She won the World Cup title twice and won two individual gold medals at European Championships. Adelinde will present a clinic about the training of a dressage horse up to Grand Prix level. She will conclude her programme with a Freestyle to Music.

The sisters Anne en Lotte Meulendijks will ride a Pas de Deux. Anne and Lotte are currently very successful and are on their way to the international top. Anne won two individual gold medals at the European Championships for Young Riders in Arezzo in 2014 and this year she won all three U25 classes at the CHIO Aachen. Her younger sister Lotte won a silver medal with the Dutch team at the European Championships for Juniors in 2014.

The famous Australian Tristan Tucker is known for his special clinics. During the farewell of dressag legend Valegro last year in a packed Olympia Hall he surprised the public with a very ‘special’ ridden by Brett Kidding. A hilarious feature you have to see!
