On Friday evening, 22-year-old Pieter Clemens from Genk, Belgium, won the Limburg Prix, a Top Score with Joker, with the eight-year-old Hannoverian mare Silberrose. The combination collected 1330 points in a time of 65.35 seconds. Talent is in Pieter ’s family. His uncle is the famous Belgian rider Ludo Philippaerts and his cousins Nicola and Oliver Philippaerts are now also competing on the highest level. Since November 2015 Clemens trains with Jos Lansink in Meeuwen, Belgium.

Two riders from the province of Limburg finished in second and third place. Michel Hendrix, nephew of Timothy, who won a class this afternoon, finished runner-up with Alaska (ZANG, Asca Z x Concorde) with 1300 points in 67.45 seconds. Third place went to the other daughter of Leon Thijssen, Sanne, who scored 1280 points in 64.37 seconds with Tittut (SWB, Tornesch x Irco Marco).
