Jumping Indoor Maastricht 2024

This year Jumping Indoor Maastricht will be organised from 8 till 10 November. JIM offers top sport with, among others, the FEI Driving World Cup and the Grand Prix of Maastricht combined with the Limburg hospitality. An event for the whole family!

Jumping Indoor Maastricht, which will be held from 23 till 25 November 2018 in the MECC, has received the four start status from the FEI and will also present the only World Cup Driving in the Netherlands for the first time. In addition to the four star classes, the jumping riders will also be offered 1* competitions.

The programme’s highlights will be the World Cup Driving qualification on Friday and Saturday evening and the Longines Trophy – Grand Prix of Maastricht on Sunday afternoon. The battle for victory in the Longines Trophy was more or less a family affair in the past years. In 2016 it was Nicola Philippaerts who took the top honours with H&M Zilverstar T and last year his twin brother Olivier who crossed the finish line in the fastest time in the jump-off with H&M Legend of Love. The family will return to defend their title.
Alle days offer international jumping classes (1 and 4*), a euregio class for ponies and the traditional ‘Jimmy Morning’ has become the ‘Jimmy Afternoon’ on Saturday.
On Friday and Saturday a lot of entertainment will be provided in the promo village after the competitions. On Friday, among others, Belgian singer Belle Perez will perform for the horse fans.

Well-known rider Lisa Nooren, who is from Maastricht, is the new ambassador of JIM. Lisa, who finished third in the Longines Trophy last year: “I am proud that we have one of the world’s most elegant indoor shows in the South of the Netherlands. JIM is of great value for the growing international interest for the equestrian sport in our province. The organisation thinks of every detail during these three days and provide for a total experience to the riders and public alike. It is one of the annual highlights on my competition calendar!”
