Anthony continued the Philippaerts family’s string of victories during JIM on Saturday morning. He not only won the CSI1* Big Tour competition with All Right du Genet, he also took the runner-up spot with Ziggy vd Kattevennen Z. He rode a super fast round with the nine-year-old All Right du Genet (Allegretto x Royal Feu) in 53.50 seconds. The seven-year-old gelding Ziggy needed 3.15 seconds more to finish his clear round. The winner of Friday’s class, the USA’s Alexandra Crown took third place with von Cim (Westf, Levisto x Carthago Z) when she stopped the clock at 57.11.
The Small Tour had an entirely Dutch podium. The class was won by Emma Bocken from Weert with the 11-year-old KWPN mare Dagma (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Clavin Z). Emma, daughter of farrier Paul Bocken, who has been involved in JIM for many years, performed a clear round in 52.62 . Emma has had a very successful year. She won team gold and individual bronze at the European Championships for Children. The runner-up spot was for Mel van der Kamp with the 11-year-old mare Pandora 258 (Hann, Perigueux x Lordanos) followed by Robbin Robijn with the KWPN mare Galiandra (Quality Time TN x Quick Star).
