The first competition of the CSI4* became a true Dutch party. Dutch riders took the first five places.

Best was this year's World Championship bronze medal winner Maikel van der Vleuten with the eight-year-old stallion Equus Tame (SF, Qlassic Bois Margot) in a time of 30.25 seconds. Piet Raijmakers Jr came a good second with Van Schijndel's Olaya Z (Zang, Ogano Sitte x Concorde). They managed to come close to Van der Vleuten's time: 30.30. Third place was for Pim Mulder with Ibylle (KWPN, Q.Breitling x For Pleasure) followed by Loewie Joppen and Important Style V (KWPN, Falaise de Muze x Calvino Z). Finally, Limburg's Sanne Thijssen and Chuck 50 (Holst, Q-Verdi) came fifth.
